Villarreal CF continues its international expansion through the Villarreal Academy, organizing football camps in Bulgaria. This summer, the Yellow Submarine will hold several events in cities such as Sofia, Varna, Stara Zagora, and Plovdiv. Villarreal CF coaches will lead an ID Training Camp in the capital, Sofia, from July 6 to 10, aimed at players in the U13 to U17 categories. During this camp, six players will be selected to participate in an official Villarreal CF tournament in the 2026/27 season. Additionally, participants will have the chance to be chosen for the Villarreal CF Player Training Week program. Following this initial event, summer camps will take place in Varna, Stara Zagora, and Plovdiv, starting in Sofia from July 10 to 14 and concluding in Plovdiv from July 28 to August 1. These camps are designed for players in the U8 to U12 categories, and one will be selected for a unique experience with Villarreal CF in Spain. The collaboration with Prime Football, a sports organization in Bulgaria, ensures a high-quality environment for the development of young athletes, both in sports skills and personal growth.
